The static loads were placed step by step in time sequence in order to simulate the construction conditions of the dam during the calculation . the results of the analysis show that excess pore water pressure would not appear in the design section during the analysis results that the dam was statically stable and the construction process was reasonable 在静力分析过程中采用在时域上逐步加载的方法，模拟了坝体的施工填筑过程，计算结果表明，设计断面在贮灰过程中不会产生很高的超静孔压，坝体静力稳定状态较好，施工进度合理。
