目的探讨高渗盐水在低钠性顽固性心力衰竭治疗过程中的作用和可能出现的并发症以及防治对策.方法分析3高渗盐水治疗低钠性顽固性心力衰竭前后的电解质、尿素氮、肌酐、心率、血压、心功能的变化.结果治疗前后心功能、电介质、尿素氮、肌酐有明显改善,血压轻度升高,心率无明显变化.结论高渗盐水能快速有效地纠正低钠血症,有助于心功能的迅速改善,降低血尿素氮、肌酐.对血压和心率影响不大
