本文研究的思路和内容是: ( 1 )简述公司经营管理现状,以公司经营和管理现状为研究基础,解析出实施客户关系管理是解决管理瓶颈的突破口和切入点,然后对公司实施客户关系管理的可行性加以研究和论证,明确了实施可行度; ( 2 )解析实施客户关系管理前期准备工作的重要性,明确高层领导参与和支持的必要性,建立实施项目管理组,并作好实施规划工作; ( 3 )调整公司的企业文化,为组织变革创造改革氛围,以保证实施的低成本和顺利进行; ( 4 )分析公司的组织结构和业务流程,针对不合理结构和业务流程进行再造,重点是运用业务流程再造理论改变公司组织结构和业务流程; ( 5 )运用客户让渡价值理论原理收集客户资料,运用客户金字塔和abc分类法对客户资料分析和归类,运用客户管理信息系统,利用数据库技术和数据挖掘技术对客户资料进行科学分析和归纳,提炼成供决策领导层使用并能做出正确决策的知识; ( 6 )根据所提炼出的知识,运用木桶理论和漏桶理论,针对公司管理薄弱环节分析公司应该采取的客户维系策略,制定适合公司发展的以提高客户满意度和忠诚度为目的的具体策略。
