Being in unfamiliar surroundings and in low spirits , and also all my friends were busy taking care of retreat affairs , i was often alone during the retreat . consequently , i realized that if one is able to be relaxed , be true to oneself , and enjoy the inner bliss while in a crowd , that s true happiness
身处异国不熟悉的环境，伴们又有事在忙，适逢情绪低潮期，以致于打禅期间整个人落单，却因而体会到：若在面对人群时，一个人也能自在坦然，享受内在的喜悦，这样才是真正的快乐。
