At first , on the basis of analyzing the structure of the freeway monitoring system , the paper puts forward systematic network structure ; secondly , it has analysed the composition and function of the montoring software . because this section of road conditions of freeway is very complicated , and there are a lot of tunnels along the freeway , in addition , the weather of some freeway sections is fogy . the system is divided into three subsystems in the function : the freeway section controlling , the fogy district controlling and the tunnel controlling ; thirdly , the main software of the freeway monitoring system is analysed and designed in the dissertation ; at last , the structure of procedure and user ' s interface are given , and the monitoring software of the freeway is implemented
本文先从高速公路监控系统的体系结构入手，提出了系统的网络结构；其次，分析了监控软件的组成和功能。由于该段高速公路路况复杂，沿线有多个隧道，部分路段还为雾区天气。所以该系统从功能上划分为三个子系统：路段监控、雾区监控和隧道监控；然后，对高速公路监控系统的部分软件进行的分析和设计；最后，实现了高速公路监控系统的部分软件，给出了主要的程序结构和用户界面。
