本文首先对于基础托换与结构加固技术的目的和意义、国内外发展状况进行了综合阐述;其次对该项技术工程分类及适应范围进行了理论上的分析研究;然后结合工程实例对该项技术进行了方案设计,对比几种不同的托换方案和节点及构造设计,提出了“通筋穿柱法”做承台梁, “抗弯抗剪锚筋法”强化柱加固效果, “钢板箍法”做地基梁钢筋连接点等多项技术;在施工方案的研究和实施过程中,对于工程施工组织进行综合阐述,并就人工挖孔桩、承台梁、地下加层及结构加固、整体结构稳定等专项施工方案提出有针对性的施工技术措施,人工挖孔桩施工采用钢筋砼护壁确保挖孔桩的安全成型,使用柔性连接钩进行钢筋笼吊装简化施工工序;承台梁施工采用梁主筋横穿柱身化学胶锚固等;地下加层综合施工技术采用土方分层对称平衡开挖,分段挖土做筏基结构自稳等;最后对于该工程实施后的效果分析,说明该项综合施工技术的可行性。
