Employees of the silk business shall receive credit for services with the seller parent , the seller , the silk business , the company , the subsidiaries , the kdd assets and their affiliates and predecessors under the purchaser parent ' s or purchaser ' s employee benefit plans for purposes of eligibility , vesting and benefit accrual ; provided , however , that such crediting of service shall not operate to duplicate any benefit or the funding of any such benefit
