摘要为了系统归纳建筑物下采煤的研究成果、进一步促进建筑物下采煤学科的发展，采用查阅大量文献资料和综合分析的方法，对目前建筑物下采煤在井下采矿措施、地面建筑物保护措施、覆岩离层注浆等三个方面的研究发展现状进行了全面的总结，并对采动区建筑物地基、基础与结构协同问题在理论研究和现场实测方面的研究现状进行了分析。
