    方法:采用成年大鼠肺组织无血清培养,运用[ ~ 3h ] -胆碱掺入法测定ps主要脂质磷脂酰胆碱( pc )合成量; rt - pcr扩增检测肺组织中pc合成限速酶磷酸胆碱二胞苷酰基转移酶( cct ) mrna含量;透射电子显微镜法观察肺泡型上皮细胞和ps系统超微结构的变化;免疫组织化学染色检测glu的受体nmdar1亚单位的表达;生化测定肺组织乳酸脱氢酶( ldh )释放量和肺组织匀浆中一氧化氮合酶( nos )活性、一氧化氮( no )生成量、超氧化物歧化酶( sod )水平以及丙二醛( mda )含量。
