本文针对目前电弧炉负载数学模型存在的适用范围有限、特性不连续等缺点，在建立了分别适合大、小电流区域运行特性的数学模型的基础上，引入状态连续转换因子，将分别适合大、小电流区域运行特性的数学模型有机结合为一个整体，建立了适合全范围的数学模型，解决了目前数学模型存在的问题。
