本文在对国内外关于地基沉降预测理论的研究进行综述的基础上,首先对工程中常用的三点法进行了细致深入的研究,指出以工程实测数据证明的现有三点法在应用时存在的不足,针对该不足进行了探讨,并在此分析基础上提出了预测结果更为理想的改进三点法;其次区别传统沉降预测方法的研究途径,本文从沉降过程的发展特征出发,根据描述物化反应过程发展特征的质量作用定律原理,探讨了一种新的地基沉降预测方法:地基沉降预测的“质量作用定律”模型;本文还以温州三期煤场工程及温州浅滩围涂促淤工程为背景,对上述改进三点法、地基沉降预测的“质量作用定律”模型的工程应用与传统的预测方法进行了比较,认为这些方法是可行的,并得出一些有用结论。
