本课题研制一套电器试验参数高速采集系统，能够检测试验回路中试品上的电压信号和回路中的电流信号，并根据这些电信号的数值利用计算机进行在线计算，并给出用户需要的各种电参数值和用户需要的波形图，通过计算得到的电器参数有功率因数、焦耳积分、有效值、最大最小值、时间常数等。
