    本研究通过分析所获得的最优综合控制组合曲线及电网潮流,总结出了如下规则:陇南电网在2005年及2010年冬大、以及2005年夏小运行方式下,综合控制应以成县变投入适量并联补偿电抗器作为主要措施;在2010年夏小运行方式下则投入适量并联补偿电容器作为主要措施,再辅助以选择合适的主变有载调压分接头来调节,达到控制网内无功潮流分布合理、各变电站母线电压在理想的范围内时电网有功损耗最小,从而也提高了电网安全运行水平及供电质量。
