实现蓄电池恒流放电过程智能控制是蓄电池放电装置发展的必然趋，本文提出了一种通过三极电阻调节模块和由智能功率模块ipm为开关器件进行斩波从而实现蓄电池恒流放电的方法。为达到对ipm的驱动保护和放电过程的智能控制，文中设计了igbt门极驱动脉冲pwm信号形成电路和ipm故障封锁保护电路及由单片机80c196为核心的微机控制器。本装置能够对蓄电池进行0 150a放电电流及放电时间的精确控制及释放容量的计算。
