The over interposition the country did to higher education , the ideological control , the administration of the state , the planned adinission of specialists , and the leaning toward engineering , etc . based on the two different kinds of operationa1 thinking ways f " the overa11 westernization " and " the sovietization " , the study has found the similarities of the two : " the great power " and " the duality " wnich provides ideologies and notions to the present reform .
两个时期采用的是两种不同，甚至相反的思维方式，即“全盘西化”和“苏维埃化” ，但两种思维方式又都体现出了“二元性”的特征。同时“强国精神”也是两个时期共同体现出来的变革导向。本文认为这些历史积淀，即“遗传”特质为变革俄罗斯高等教育体制提供了思想和思路的基础。
