本文在学习和借鉴西方学者和樊景立教授研究的基础上，自编了一份中国人的组织公民行为问卷，然后使用自编问卷对组织公民行为和个人背景变量之间的问题进行了研究；采用回归分析技术对个案公司员工组织公民行为与个性因素、个人背景变量之间的关系进行了研究与分析，结果发现，组织公民行为在被试的性别、年龄、本组织工龄以及教育文化程度上均不存在差异；不同组织类型内的员工在组织公民行为上不存在差异；员工的忧虑性和组织公民行为呈显著负相关关系。
