分层冻胀量的观测方法研究 - From experimental result , i preliminarily know that eps is good thermal insulation material because the absorption of water is low and heat insulation is good , it is practicable at preserving temperature field of frozen earth roadbed and bringing frozen disaster under control ; second , according to the analysis of the eps that is applied into practical project , i have studied the practical effect which eps preserve roadbed temperature field , and the influence that was made after building field . i have get that eps can influence moisture content and frozen upper limit , through practical measuring data , i have studied freezing and expanding quantity and melting and submerging quantity during a complete frozen and melting cycle as well as have expanded and proved the practical application effect of eps with some reference significance to deep research of some connected problems . finally , through computer data analysis , setting up the analytical model of finite unit , i have simulated the temperature field of roadbed heat preservation , then expounded and proved that the height of embankment influenced the effect of thermal insulation material
其一是对聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料( eps )保温板以及天然路基土层、路堤填料进行了室内试验分析,结合国内外现在的有关科研成果,综合确定其各项特征参数;从试验结果初步认识到聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料是一种吸水率低,隔热性好的保温材料,在冻土路基温度场的保护和冻害治理方面是可行的;其二通过eps保温板在现场工程实践中的应用分析,研究了保温板在保护路基土层温度场的实际效果以及修筑路堤后造成的影响,保温板对土体含水量、冻结上限的影响,通过实测资料,研究了在一个完整的冻融周期内整个路基的冻胀量和融沉变形量,论证了保温板的实际应用效果,对有关问题的进一步研究和相关工程设计具有参考意义;其三,通过计算机数值分析,建立有限元分析模型,对保温路基的温度场进行了模拟计算,论证了路堤高度对保温材料效果的影响。 - It was shown that salt expansion value of low liquid - limit clay was accumulated before the sixth freezing and thawing cycles , but the increment of salt expansion was reduced gradually with increasing cycles ; the salt expansion accumulation of low liquid - limit clay could be separated into three phases ; the deformation of clayey sand was mostly frost heave and subsidence under cycles , and collapsibility value of clayey sand was accumulated with increasing cycles ; the variation of salt expansion ratio and collapsibility ratio was a parabolic function of freezing and thawing cycles
试验结果表明:低液限粘土前五次冻融循环过程中盐胀具有较好累加性,随着冻融循环次数的增加,盐胀量增长速度逐渐降低;含砂低液限粘土的盐胀过程可以被分为三个阶段;粘土质砂在冻融循环过程中的变形主要为冻胀和沉降变形,具有较好的溶陷累加性;低液限粘土、含砂低液限粘土的盐胀率和粘土质砂的溶陷率与冻融周期之间的关系符合二次抛物线变化规律。 - The test obsvervation include air temperature , ground temperature , foundation moisture , freeze depth , freeze capicity , freeze residual capicity , groundwater table and shape transform of canal lining , etc . throught systemic observation , analysis of impact about each factor on fundation freeze capicity , evaluate effect on anti freeze of various canal lining , comparison on technology and ecnomic of different method , a kind of main canal lining format is been recommended to engineering practice with siutable to ningxia local feature , fufilling the need of main canal safey i application , economic and practical , that is using polystyrene plate laying under concrete slate and grit taking replace of filling layer and optimizing design
