律师担任企业法律顾问的，应根据律师事务所与聘请方协商签订的《聘请法律顾问合同》中规定的工作范围和职责，依法进行以下工作，维护聘请人的合法权益：（一）解答法律询问；（二）为聘请方的经营决策提供法律依据和法律建议；（三）草拟、审查和修改聘请方的合同及其他法律文书；（四）参加谈判工作；（五）代理参加调解、仲裁和诉讼活动；（六）委托办理非诉讼法律事务；（七）提供法律法规信息，宣传和普及法律常识。
