本文在查阅了大量国内外相关文献及调研的基础上，针对集成化储能/姿态控制飞轮系统中的碳纤维复合飞轮的以下相关技术进行了研究，并取得了有价值的成果： 1针对碳纤维复合材料的特点及加工方式，设计了周向缠绕成型法、对称正交铺层层压法、多层结构缠绕及过盈连接法等不同工艺方式的碳纤维复合飞轮转子； 2针对不同工艺方式的碳纤维复合飞轮转子，进行了高速旋转状态下的应力分析，建立了静力学解析模型，并结合i - deas有限元分析软件模拟仿真了不同工艺方式的碳纤维复合飞轮转子的相关几何参数及工艺参数对其应力水平的影响； 3
