在疫苗生产实践中，细菌污染是影响疫苗质量和产量的关键性因素，笔者通过了两年左右的时间，选取正常生产中零星细菌污染的细胞培养瓶、病毒培养瓶及收毒污染样品等共703份，进行细菌学检查，并对造成污染的主要细菌种类进行了各种抗菌药物的耐药性实验，结果表明：我所脊灰疫苗生产中主要的污染威胁来自环境中的葡萄球菌，潜在威胁是杆菌和链球菌；强力霉素、林可霉素、配方2 、噻孢霉素钠盐、庆大霉素、新霉素、金霉素和红霉素等抗生素对目前引起污染优势细菌-葡萄球菌有明显的抑菌效果，可作为疫苗生产后备抗菌手段参考
