本论文采取调查研究、个案访谈、定量分析与定性分析相结合等研究方法，拟从广东省内部资料的由来谈起，分析其现状，并试图从组织行为学、组织传播学、管理学及企业文化建设等方面深入探讨连续性内部资料存在的原因，阐明其主要功能，分析其面临问题，并对广东省出版行政部门近年来对连续性内部资料的规范化管理做一个理论阐述，相信对实际工作也有较强的指导作用。
