为了得到在更高频率下适用的薄膜电感，在本实验中我们尝试制作了栅极型空心薄膜电感。我们采用掩膜法，通过磁控溅射制各样品，在不加磁性材料的情况下，适当选取线圈形状参数来得到较大的电感，由于形状参数的改变不影响样品的适用频率，因而也能达到增大品质因数( q值)的目的。
