本论文针对环模室原控制系统存在的控制精度下降等问题，进行了系统仿真及环境模拟系统特性分析，在此基础上，设计了智能pid控制器、抗积分饱和的控制器、预估补偿控制器、完善了低温系统的双回路控制，制定了新的控制方案和控制程序组态，并对其控制程序进行模拟调试及结合实际试验对其控制系统进行验证；共计完成了18条曲线， 19个项目的试验，对其控制系统及控制程序进行了充分的考验。
