本文采用电生理学方法考察大鼠皮层a区神经元纯音反应特征，观察杏仁外侧核( la )对a区神经元声反应的影响，运用神经组织学方法揭示介导这一影响的神经环路，采用多管微电极记录结合微电泳技术的方法研究参与这种影响的神经递质及受体，进一步探讨了这种调制性影响的生理学意义。
