本文以ffc ? 23a型爪式粉碎机为样机，利用现代声学测试分析手段对其工作时定齿盘内、外圈齿与相应动齿作用产生的旋转噪声进行了试验分离研究，从而得出了爪式粉碎机旋转噪声的主要成分源自外圈定齿与其相互作用的动齿产生的噪声，并以此为基础，对定齿盘的齿数、齿形以及内、外圈齿的相对排列位置等结构参数进行了降噪改进设计，通过对比性试验与分析，获得了旋转噪声与上述结构参数间的关系，并取得了负载6 . 7db （ a ）的良好降噪效果。
