    研究结果表明:采用高纯度的fe2o3有利于获得高起始磁导率且频率特性优良的铁氧体;为了制备所需性能的铁氧体,需要严格控制配方中各种原材料的含量,优化配方;由于粉体活性受预烧条件的影响,所以对不同要求的铁氧体选择的预烧条件就不一样,适当降低预烧温度有利于获得较高的起始磁导率,而为了获得良好的频率特性可以适当地提高预烧温度;根据对粉体颗粒粒径的不同需求,可以选择不同的球磨时间;而有效的添加剂是改善材料性能的必要条件,本文在添加剂的研究中主要对bi2o3 、 moo3 、 k2co3 、 co2o3的影响分别作了详细地讨论;烧结温度、保温时间和烧结气氛是高磁导率mnzn铁氧体制备最关键的工艺,适宜的烧结工艺可以获得理想微结构和组成,从而得到高性能的铁氧体材料;而从材料的微结构上来看,要提高材料的截止频率,就要适当地细化晶粒、增加晶粒内部的气孔。
