    数值分析的结果表明精馏塔灵敏板位置并不在进料板附近,而是位于精馏段的中上部,且回流比愈小,愈靠近塔顶;利用matlab实现了蒸馏过程的严格计算,与参考值比较,结果正确、合理;借助于chemcad进行常减压塔的稳态模拟计算,得出了流量和温度在塔内的分布,经过理论分析,结果合理,可为实际生产提供参考。
