摘要本文根据苏北四个村庄进行问卷调查得到的数据，分析了流动劳动力整体特征、土地数量对劳动力流动的影响、社会网络关系和劳动力中介市场对流动的影响等问题，发现转移出去的是农村劳动力的精华部分，大多数都是青壮年，文化素质相对较高，留在农村的劳动力大多数是老人、妇女；只有1 / 5的农村劳动力还是真正意义上的农民，大多数身份介于农民和非农民之间。
