At the beginning of this article , we give the analysis about the principle of external condensation . we find out that the most important factor in the condensation is the temperature of the air in the system . and we point out the factors which can make influence in the external condensation , such as the temperature and the humidity of the environment , the temperature and the pressure of the supplying air , the load of the system , the area of passage of speed control valve , and so on . next , we give the mathematics model of the pneumatic system using the knowledge of aerodynamics and heat transfer theory . and using the finite difference method and the numerical analysis we can get the solutions of the model . we use c program to simulate the model
    本文首先对气动系统外部结露的原理进行了分析,指出了气动系统内部气体温度下降是气动系统外部结露根本原因,提出了影响气动外部结露的主要因素,包括环境温度、环境湿度、供气压力、供气温度、气缸负载和调速阀开度等。然后应用气体动力学、气体热力学和传热学对气动系统建立数学模型,用逆步进有限差分法和数值分析算法对所建模型进行求解,利用c语言编制程序对气动系统模型进行仿真,给出了气管及气缸内气体的各个时刻的状态参数。
