Should any provision of this agreement be held to be invalid or unenforceable , then such provision shall , so far as it is invalid or unenforceable , be given no effect and shall be deemed not to be included in this agreement , but without invalidating any of the remaining provisions of this agreement
如果本合同的任何条款被判定为无效或不可执行，那么这样的条款只要是无效的或不可执行的，就不具有效力，且将被视为不包括在本协议内，但是这不应影响到本协议其它任何条款的效力。
