为了应用自助方法确定参数验前分布，提出了运行故障时间和状态的综合抽样方法生成自助样本，该方法基于试验数据用蒙特卡洛方法对故障时间进行抽样，在故障时间抽样值的基础上，模拟马尔可夫链表示系统状态变化过程。
