本论文在前人研究的基础上，开展了以下两个方面的工作： ( 1 )采用分子生物学技术荧光原位杂交( fish ) 、多聚酶链式反应( pcr ) 、 dna克隆和测序等对采自江苏省苏州市、东太湖、新沂河等6个底质样品进行了厌氧氨氧化菌和传统氨氧化菌的原位检测； ( 2 )探讨了以底质作为接种体进行厌氧氨氧化菌富集培养的可行性，为天然底质环境中厌氧氨氧化过程的强化，富营养化底质微生物修复的可行性提供一定的依据。
