本文结合湖南省自然科学基金项目“桩基承台梁优化设计理论与方法研究” ，考虑梁下土体和基桩对承台梁的共同作用，提出了能对梁下地基反力进行自动调整的一种新型方法，其克服了文克尔地基模型所存在的缺陷，该法在调整过程中，充分考虑了梁下各土体弹簧之间的相对刚度，相对位置，更接近承台梁的实际工作情况，有利于获得承台梁内力的正确解答。
