由于微测辐射热计在施加偏置电压的情况下，电热效应与红外辐射的共同作用使它表现出与其他红外探测器完全不同的一些特征，文中给出了响应率、噪声、噪声等效功率、噪声等效温差、光学增益、探测率等参数的计算方法，这些参数中的部分是微测辐射热计独有的，或者与其他的红外探测器的同一参数有所区别。
