I hereby acknowledge that i have read the terms & conditions of bidding and sale printed on the reverse side hereof and on the bidding card and listing catalog and my signature appearing hereunder and on the reverse side hereof shall bind me and the company on whose behalf i am signing , jointly and severally , for all bids that may be adjudged to have been made and declared to have been sold under my name and bidder no . noted above , whether the bidding card and listing catalog is in my possession or not
