本文通过对部分港口类企业进行计量分析后发现港口企业的资本结构和投资对净资产收益率没有显著的影响，而港口企业收入过分集中。针对未来财务环境发生的变化，本文从战略财务管理的角度对南京港口集团公司提出以下建议：在投资领域，今后应以综合物流为契机，专业化与多元化并重；适度发展集团化经营；优化资源配置，提高资产营运效率。在融资领域，要合理选择融资渠道，降低融资成本，更多关注债务融资；确定合理的资本结构，控制负债风险，建立偿债保障机制。
