本着以上的研究目的，本文在分析和借鉴前人砌体抗剪强度理论、预应力单片墙试验研究、预应力模型抗震性能试验研究等基础上，进行了以下几方面的研究工作: 1 .作为一种新型结构材料扩张网，进行了一系列的材性试验（单丝强度、网片强度和在砂浆中被约束条件下的网片强度及其相应的弹性模量） ； 2 .研究了水平荷载往复作用（低周交变）下，普通钢丝网和扩张网砂浆对砌体结构抗裂及承载能力和破坏形态的影响，并将这两种材料的加固效果进行了对比； 3 .上述状态下，两种网片水泥砂浆对砌体结构变形、延性、耗能、刚度退化等抗震性能的影响及其影响效果的比较； 4 .提出扩张网水泥砂浆加固砌体结构的抗剪强度计算建议公式。
