本文结合国家重大技术装备国产化创新项目-筒式辊碾磨开发项目，通过对筒辊磨的粉磨机理、层压应力的分析、粉磨效果的研究及与辊压机、立磨粉磨效果、粉磨机理的比较，可知：首先，由于筒与辊的特殊结构方式，筒辊磨内粉体由初期的单颗粒破碎逐渐过渡到层压粉碎阶段，较好地防止了飞溅能的损失，其次，在粉磨过层中，粉体由疏松到密实，充分利用了颗粒的非光滑表面及应力集中效应使其应力低于辊压机。实验证实，筒辊磨的粉磨效果大大优于立磨和辊压机。
