本文通过对产业内贸易各种经济福利效应的分析，结合我国产业内贸易的发展，以及产业结构的变化，运用产业内贸易中的相关理论，包括规模收益递增理论、不完全竞争理论、产品的差异化理论、产品生命周期理论等等，指出产业内贸易是我国国际贸易发展的方向，同时也对我国产业结构的升级起着一定的推动作用，从而说明我国发展产业内贸易的可能性和必要性。
