本文从压电材料的一般压电控制方程开始，导出了pvdf压电薄膜测压技术的相关论据；根据测试目的以及被测结构的特点，设计了多种夹心式的传感器构造形式；摸索出了一套基于国产pvdf压电薄膜制作压力计的加工、安装工艺；建立了一套基于系统集成技术的多点pvdf压力测试的数据采集、处理系统；建立了一套基于shpb技术、适用于实际工程应力范围的pvdf压力计的动态标定方法，并对两种厚度的国产pvdf压电薄膜进行了标定。
