摘要采用地震波法、钻孔声波法以及室内岩石力学试验法，对水布垭水电站面板坝趾板建基岩体进行了动、静参数测试，并根据所获的参数建立了岩体质量、岩体动力学和静力学参数三者之间的相关关系，对工程岩体进行了质量分级和质量评价。
