本文对海30舰炮适用的杆式脱壳穿甲弹的结构特性、弹道特性、穿甲威力及设计方法进行了系统研究，提出了合理的弹芯结构和弹托方案，研究了各种因素对杆式穿甲弹外弹道性能的影响，建立了一套小口径尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹外弹道优化设计方法，并利用该方法在一定的战术技术要求下对海30舰炮尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹进行了优化设计，得到了优化方案，研究结果对海30舰炮以及同类小口径火炮杆式穿甲弹的设计有重要的指导意义。
