    首先,对液体介质的静电雾化机理作了初步的探讨,理论上分析了液体雾化过程中射流区、波纹区、雾滴区和雾滴扩散区;然后对液体荷电方法进行了研究分析,对于高电导率的液体,场致荷电和接触荷电可以使其雾化,而对于电导率较低的绝缘液体,需用浸润电极荷电和感应荷电方法使其充分带电;最后,根据前面的研究分析,设计和组装试验装置,在同一环境下对煤油、乳化剂、酒精三种不同液体介质进行高压静电雾化试验,并对试验结果进行分析处理,总结出液体静电雾化与液体表面张力、电导率和粘度的关系及电压对液体静电雾化的影响等,得出高压静电场中液体雾化的一般规律。
