本文通过某型号雷体吊耳螺纹座结构的三种方案，即圆形昂耳螺纹座、长方形吊耳螺纹座、具有增强板的吊耳螺纹座的有限元分析及雷体吊耳螺纹座拉力试验结果证明：金属承力件与开口玻璃钢壳体粘接采用玻璃钢增强板补强，缓和了应力集中，使开口壳体局部应力明显降低，类似的水下兵器用金属承力件与开口复合材料壳体胶接均可采用此种结构形式。
