本文对山东沿黄地带地质、水文地质条件进行了全面系统的分析，并重点分析了区内含水层的水文地质特征及地下水运动特征，进一步查明了浅层地下水资源的形成条件和分布规律，根据水文地质条件及地下水运动特征，划分出三个水文地质区，划分并论证了粘土裂隙含水层的形成及供水意义；确定了科学的水文、水文地质参数，为准确地计算浅层地下水资源奠定了可靠的基础；根据浅层地下水资源形成特点，建立了地下水均衡方程式，据此，计算了区内浅层地下水资源及浅层地下水可采资源。
