Again we take an imported 500 kw engine unit as the example . in this case baffle boards are stuck on walls inside the engine room , meanwhile baffle boards are also used as suspended ceilings . by doing so not only the amount of insulated sound of the fender structure is increased , but the reverberant sound in the engine room is also depressed ( normally by 3 to 5db )
