Tell from reason , governmental practice is incorrect really ; but tell from legal principle , governmental practice can make sense completely , answer to have specific provision to commandeer ground for the country : every place asks for land , it is for the interest of major people ( what in property this respect says is very ambiguous , did not say scarcely is commercial use ) , the government has authority to undertake removing to what asking for the original dweller on land , or offer proper compensation ( should say very vaguely also here )
