理论上通过文献调研和理论研究,实践上以华南师大网络学院新生入门的必修课? ? 《远程学习方法》课程的bbs为个案,采用行动研究方法对华南师范大学网络教育学院2002年秋季入学的4000余名新生在bbs上交互式学习情况进行了研究,分三个阶段对影响师生交互的因素、如何营造良好的交互氛围、教师如何组织和引导学生讨论和交流、网络学院如何利用bbs上的反馈进行学习支持服务和管理进行了观察、分析和研究。
