测算结果表明目前我国地方财政支出对区域经济影响均为正,但并不是通过显著提高单个生产要素生产率来实现,而是通过提高全要素生产率来实现的;其次地方财政支出结构中科教文卫费用对区域经济增长均为正,说明它们的重要性,行政管理费对区域经济增长均为负,说明其已超过了最优规模,但经济建设支出的影响就有明显的差异性;最后提出相应的完善地方财政支出改革与管理的建议。
