本文对现有气隙式电感传感器在原理和机械结构上作了深入的分析，对其参数进行了静态标定；并且针对常规电感传感器动态响应低，不宜用于快速动态测量的缺点，引入测试系统动力学的思想，设计了一套动态校准系统，对现有传感器进行多次动态校准，根据动态校准的实验结果对现有传感器建立数学模型，得到现有传感器的动态特性；在此基础上，根据磨床工件在线检测的要求，设计一个硬件补偿系统来提高整个测试系统的动态特性。
